At Upholstery Supply USA, we want to take great care of our customers. Our Return Policy is designed to help you in those cases where you may need to return a product to us. Please pay special attention to our One Yard Return Policy located at the bottom of our Return Policy page. Our return policy is as follows:
We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers.
Please inspect the product you order before using or altering it in any way; this will allow you to ensure you received exactly what you ordered.
Upholstery Supply USA is responsible for our product only - not the use, alteration, installation, or removal of our product.
Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of shipment to obtain return authorization.
If you must return a product, care must be taken when returning it:
Material such as vinyl, leather, and canvas must be rolled carefully and returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Supplies such as needles, thread, and fasteners must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Machinery and tools such as sewing machines and hot knives must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
Upholstery Supply USA will not accept delivery of items shipped to us without a return authorization.
Returns due to warranty claims have no restocking fee. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Items will not be accepted for credit if the product was washed, cut, misused, altered, or damaged due to improper washing, cutting, misuse, or alteration. Only brand new items will be accepted in original box.
Products must be returned within 30 days of original shipment.
Sometimes special situations arise. These situations will be handled on an individual basis.
Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise or replacement of the product upon it's return. Under no circumstances we will be responsible for any other form of consequential damage.
No claim for breach of warranty shall be valid unless delivered in writing to the company within thirty days of shipping of the above mentioned product.
One Yard Return Policy
Customers who purchase a single yard of any vinyl, cloth, fabric, canvas, carpet, or any other material sold by the yard acknowledge that one yard purchases are not eligible for return or refund. Upholstery Supply USA strongly encourages customers to request a free sample via email to info@upholsterysupplyusa.com if the customer has any concern about the color or material they wish to purchase. Single yards of materials will not be accepted for returns under any condition.
