Upholstery Supply USA ships orders to customers around the world. Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days or sooner from the date they are placed on our website. Our products are in stock and ready to ship, and nearly all orders will ship the same day or the next business day. In rare situations, products which need to be manufactured or acquired may cause an order to take 2 to 5 business days to ship.
Once your item is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout.
Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS; Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2nd Day Air options are available.
Orders shipped to AK, HI, APO/FPO, and US Territories are shipped via USPS Air Mail.
Orders shipped internationally are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Please note that Upholstery Supply USA is not responsible for the payment of any VAT, import duties, fees, or customs charged in your country - those charges are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Upholstery Supply USA complies with United States federal law and will not falsify customs documents to artificially lower the value of goods purchased.
Upholstery Supply USA ships to the address which matches the billing address on the payment method you use to pay for your order.
United States customers: a different shipping address will be considered if:
The billing address of the payment method used is a P.O. Box, or
The product(s) are being drop shipped to a verifiable trim shop, or to an APO or FPO zip code.
International customers: Upholstery Supply USA will ship your products to the address which matches the billing address of your payment method, regardless if it is a P.O. Box or a street address.
