Aqualon UVR Size #138 (Tex-135) Bonded Polyester thread is a middle to heavyweight thread used on commercial and heavy-duty machines with a size 120 to 140 #’s 19, 20, 21 & 22 needles. Its stitch appearance is noticeable, beginning to stand out (Nice Contrast). Aqualon thread matches the most popular acrylic colors available in the marine marketplace, including Sunbrella marine acrylic colors.

About Bonded Polyester Thread:

Bonded polyester thread has a protective coating to resist against fraying, needle friction, and heat when it is sewn at higher speeds. It is important to note that colors of bonded threads appear slightly darker on the spool. Colors will become lighter when sewn.
